The ones people ask first.

I'm not technical. Will I understand what's going on?

Yes. That's on us, not on you. We explain things in normal language, show you the software as it's being built, and never ask you to approve something you don't follow. If we use a word you don't know, stop us.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size of it. A single tool can be up and running in a few weeks. A full system that runs the whole business is usually built in stages over a few months, with useful pieces landing along the way.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you need built. After the first conversations we give you a fixed price in writing, with nothing hidden. If it isn't worth the money, we'll say so.

Do we have to throw away what we're using now?

Usually not. Plenty of tools are worth keeping — we connect to them instead of replacing them. We only suggest replacing something when it's causing more work than it saves.

What if we change our minds halfway through?

Normal, and expected. Because it's built in stages, changes get made as we go rather than at the end when it's expensive.

What does “AI-ready” mean, honestly?

It means we build the foundations so that automatic and smart features can be added later by switching them on, rather than by paying to build the whole system again. It doesn't mean you're paying for AI now.

Is our information safe?

Yes. It's kept encrypted and backed up, people only see what their job needs, and everything is security-tested before launch.

Do we own it?

You do. The system and everything behind it belongs to you, along with the paperwork explaining how it works.

What happens after it launches?

We stay on for fixes, improvements and new features. You're not left with something nobody can maintain.

What if we're not sure we need this?
